520 Grid System is a HTML/CSS framework for creating these pages easily.
It is fully functional inside the Facebook Static FBML application and very handy in speeding up of prototyping + design process.
Currently, it is only a grid system based on 12 grids with 16px gutters and styles for text, tables, or forms are in the roadmap of the project.
